By placing this order you consent to the portrait to be used as part of my portfolio. Your name and details will not be linked unless you wish to do the contrary.

I am committed to protecting your privacy and will only use the information collected about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). The information that you supply is held securely and will be used to keep you up to date with news, exhibitions, events and special offers. From time to time and only with your agreement, I may send you marketing information about exhibitions and events. However, at no time do I sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties or distribute their information without your explicit consent.

COPYRIGHT

Under current copyright law, the artist generally owns the copyright in work commissioned by a third party, unless they have signed an agreement to the contrary.

Copyright is a form of intellectual property that allows individuals such as artists, composers and writers to own the fruits of their creativity. It entitles the copyright owner to royalties and a say in how a work is used when it is reproduced by other people.

I hereby give permission to any form of reproduction as long as it is shown as my work.

ORDERS

By placing the order/ paying the deposit you confirm that you understand the points below:

- the exact product or service that you are buying
- the amount of deposit you pay
- when the balance has to be paid
- when the product or service will be provided

REFUND POLICY

The deposit paid is non-refundable as work will commence on receipt of this first payment. According to current legislation a refund must be offered for certain items only if they’re faulty, such as personalised items and custom-made items.

DISTANCE SELLING

The Consumer Contracts Regulations came into force in the UK in June 2014 and they now apply when buying online. There are some circumstances where the Consumer Contracts Regulations won’t give you a right to cancel. These include, CDs, DVDs or software if you've broken the seal on the wrapping, perishable items and tailor-made or personalised items.
